Summary
In framework of SECMERPOL project NILU Polska participated in preparation of draft for GLOCBA report. Discussion with NILU team on assumptions of Status Quo scenario for global mercury pollution was first step of works. Correction of NILU calculation of global mercury emission for year 2005 and review of data on share of pollution control investments in total costs of electricity production in coal-fired plants were next steps of works.
