Inventory of renewable sources in communes
According to Articles 18 and 19 of the Act on Energy Law (Dz. U. nr 89/2006 r.), in the scope of supplying electricity, heat and gas fuel, commune also has to plan and organise delivery, among others, of the above mentioned media. Commune manager should prepare draft guidelines concerning supplying heat, electricity and gas fuels, with assessment of current situation and undertakings that can rationalise the use of energy carriers, existing surpluses and local fuel and energy resources and also should consider the use of its renewable sources.
We offer communes support at the stage of identification and inventory of renewable sources in their area and, on the basis of prepared balance, we elaborate propositions for using the renewable sources and high-duty cogeneration in development and supplying plan.
