Elaboration of air protection programs

We offer elaboration of all kinds of recovery plans for air, which are in compliance with good national and international practices. We use our “knowledge base” developed within carrying out the EU projects. Innovative and interdisciplinary approach to this kind of elaborations will become important in context of implementing the CAFE Directive.

The Air Quality Management System

We offer implementing of complete Air Quality Management System AirQUIS/AQMS as important element of carrying out the recovery plan (in reasonable cases). We also advice in monitoring and air quality modelling. We make numerical simulations for typical air pollutants (depending on spatial and time scale).

The offer is mostly directed to decisions makers of agglomerations, communes, districts and provinces.

Technical and economic analyses of problems of emission and pollution dissemination

We offer services of air quality assessment, emission inventory, elaboration of guidelines to emission abatement programs and so on. We help in dealing with all sorts of technical problems relating to air quality.

Environmental Impact Assessments

According to Chapter 2 of Act on Environmental Protection Law and Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 9 November, 2004 as amended, a lot of undertakings that can have a large impact on the environment, require making an Environmental Impact Assessment report. According to classification from the Regulation, making these reports may be obligatory or optional. So, it is necessary to prepare a preliminary Impact Assessment, to qualify the undertaking to one of groups from the Regulation and to make a proposal for passing a decision, where in case of obligation probability, we ask the authority about the necessity of preparing the report or possibility of not making it.

We offer our services at all stages of these proceedings and we prepare Environmental Impact Assessment with report.

Selling the measuring equipment

We offer a high quality measuring equipment of NILU Products; for measuring irradiance, sequential air sampling (PM10, NO2, and SO2), sets of filter holders and precipitation and particulate fallout collectors.

Moreover, in NILU laboratory, we offer preparing specialistic chemical analyses of your samples.
