Professor Jozef M. Pacyna – the Chairman
Professor Jozef M. Pacyna has a thirty-year experience in environmental research. He is an author or co-author of many books and book chapters, as well as peer-reviewed publications. Professor is a Coordinator of many research programs and his works are related to emission, modeling, measurements and abatement of pollution, within the works in UN ECE in Europe and North America. At the Norwegian Institute for Air Research, Professor is a Director of Center for Ecological Economics and a Chairman of NILU Polska Ltd.
Kari Nygaard, Ph.D. - the Vice-Chairman
Director of the Norwegian Institute for Air Research, the Vice-Chairman of NILU Polska.
Paal Berg – the Proxy
Director of NILU Innovation, Proxy of NILU Polska, Administrative Director of the Norwegian Institute for Air Research.
Leszek Sebesta, M.Sc. – the Proxy-Director
Director Leszek Sebesta is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, the Faculty of Environmental Engineering. In 1980-1995 he was employed at various national and international construction and engineering companies as a operation manager, construction site inspector, director. In 2002-2007 Mr Sebesta was the Malopolska Voivodship Inspector for Environmental Protection.
